In June 2026, Patriot Subaru and Patriot Acura were honored to support the Maine Game Warden Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing outdoor education, assisting communities, and preserving the legacy of Maine’s Game Wardens.

The Maine Game Warden Foundation is made up entirely of retired Maine Game Wardens who continue to serve the state through education and community outreach.
The Foundation works to:

- Preserve the history and traditions of the Maine Warden Service

Remembering Game Warden Josh Tibbetts
This year’s support carries special significance as the Foundation’s July magazine edition is dedicated to the memory of Game Warden Josh Tibbetts, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty in a plane crash.
An 18-year veteran of the Maine Warden Service, Josh Tibbetts is remembered for his unwavering dedication to protecting Maine’s people, wildlife, and natural resources. His service and sacrifice continue to inspire those who knew him and the countless individuals who benefit from the work of Maine’s Game Wardens every day.
